Strong project management
PTP believes strong project management and good, timely customer interaction are key to delivering successful projects.
We run a version of SCRUM which allows us to handle our workload in a flexible manner, putting staff on tasks that play to their skills while maintaining the continuity of technical control on the project. This enables good response to customer needs as project demands change, as well as allowing us to monitor and control progress internally and report project status at the required level for our customers.
By centralising our project management control, we are able to monitor all our projects closely and provide a consistent level of customer experience.
Couple this with the way we build the relationship by working with the customer as a partner and we are able to provide help above and beyond simply undertaking a project.
